I used to love working in the sales team due to their incentive slab but soon enough they changed that as well.

Dislikes

No employee appreciation. As a team leader it was disheartening for me to remove members from my team who had potential but just based on their 1-2 weeks performance they were terminated.

Work Details

I resigned within 7 months because they did not give me 1 day’s leave for my birthday despite the fact that I did not take leave at all and I had pending leaves. They expected us to work even on sundays making it 7 days work week.
