They have offs on Saturdays that is the good part, Since it is a start-up they don't have stringent heirarchy system you can reach out to CEO or Top management easily. The major problem is the Salary cycle date i.e. 7th of every month which may go to 8th or 9th if in case 7th is a holiday or Sunday or Bank Holiday it cannot come down to 6th. They don't have any HR policies or employee friendly policies in place. You cannot take a leave for more than 5 days at a stretch so if you want to go to yournative you have to work from there as well. There's no incentive structure for good performance, just a variable pay which is also once in a year and that too is a part of CTC so you have nothing extra to earn other than your CTC. They don't have any group medical insurance. So if you wanna join have your personal medical insurance. If you want to go for a leave you need to give around 2-3 months advance notice. I'm into sales profile, the only thing we have to do is merchant acquisition end to end. Generate lead>Get Contacts>Follow up > Pitch products> Follow up> Close the deal>Manage accounts > Back to square 1 i.e. Generate leads
