You will like moving out of there for good. You can expect pathetic work life balance. The CEO and her Ops Lead who by the way has zero knowledge and won’t have answers to any of your queries will expect you to work in the night and during weekends. They are allowed offs and vacation time, but if an employee reaches out for an off or sick leave, they will ask you to be reachable and constantly on phone/whatsapp even if you are hospitalised. Laptops given to employees are the worst. Infact they will ask if the employees can use their own laptop for office work. Pure lala culture, the CEO is a big time gossiper!...Read More

Dislikes

Work culture, office space is pathetic and very less and thats why they cant call all the employees at same time - same day, no work life balance, if you are working well then you will be burdened with more work. Others will rest. And a lot of favouritism in this company promoted by the CEO herself.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
