Flex is the worst company in my overall organization history. I don't know about other department's but GBS Procurement is the worst. I was there for period of 1.5 years as a procurement specialist. I It was very difficult days. I will mark them 0 rating for work ethics & culture. Flex specialty is drawn out the work of 4 peoples from single person & torcher to extreme level. In this modern year, they are using outdated ERP like BAAN & LN. The work structure is like to update 10-10 excel file on daily basis. Back to back meetings for unnecessary things & force to work beyond office hour to complete the work. Manager's acts as owner of company. It is mostly favorable organization for Chennai based people.
