Never join this company you are good talent in IT. Here at senior management level people complete average 13-15 years and now they became each other's buddies and now they ruling and oppressive juniors. In Covid lot of senior management left and new director and VPs prmote there shoe licking basterds. Don't join manager here thing they are king and have huge ego. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. Flex is the worst company in my overall organization history. I don't know about other department's but GBS Procurement is the worst. I was there for period of 1.5 years as a procurement specialist. I It was very difficult days. I will mark them 0 rating for work ethics & culture. Flex specialty is drawn out the work of 4 peoples from single person & torcher to extreme level. In this modern year, they are using outdated ERP like BAAN & LN. The work structure is like to update 10-10 excel file on daily basis. Back to back meetings for unnecessary things & force to work beyond office hour to complete the work. Manager's acts as owner of company. It is mostly favorable organization for Chennai based people. Site foreigner treats Indian like slave & drawn out all the work from Indians. People waste their life & career by spending 5-8 years without promotion & increments & facing surprise lay off.
