The work atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled. Also, the Manager is like a friend and trust me this is best thing to grow together. There is no feeling of boredom, every moment spent is worth. I have worked with many brands but working companies like this where I can grow with the company is definitely worth it.

I am the only one who handles Graphics & Animation and helps in brainstorming for social growth for the Flentis. For ex; Making a brand is my cup of tea :)

To be very honest, holding quite an experience in my past, I find this organization to be one with very minimal flaws and literally there is nothing to dislike. But just one thing: Onboarding and off boarding are a part and parcel of everyone's life, I genuinely wish good luck for the people who are offboarded and hope they do not interfere with the company's culture and not spread the toxicity that they are living in..
