ideal job for those who arent very ambitious career wise. you will get STEADY PAY CHECK and good appraisals even if you are an average employee. company will look after you in every way possible. their motto is once someone joins them they want that person to retire from fleetguard.

Dislikes

there is absolutely 0 chance for a career growth. if you are in your 20's or 30's and you work here for 3 years or more youll retire from this company. the way to the upper management is absolutely clogged and theres no way you can move up the ladder.

It is fantastic if you're not very ambitious and looking for a stable job. Nothing can beat FFPL. However if you're young and just starting out theres very little opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes

No dislike. If you're worming in the manufacturing units the Thursday off routine can be a little disappointing and tiring. Especially if you stay in the city.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
