There is nothing to like in this company as directors of this company (domestic) have no vision. Even directors are not having any experience in domestic market. There are stockiest in pharma industry have good knowledge than the director of this company have. Well it's matter of time. This will never work in IPM.

Directors. Less knowledgeable and conservative minded. Second is HR. HR should be pillar of organization. But here HR is pillar of directors.

Almost everything here I disliked. No employee value, No proper salary, No appraisal, and Weird HR Rules like No mobile phones allowed. How can employees work without a mobile phone? We cant talk loudly, can't even laugh or smile. Hopeless and rude Directors. Strict break timing and office timing. No sick leave is given to employees.
