The best company I had ever choosen to work with.. Employee centric company that values thier employee.. Timely appraisals... It's always fun going to work.. As we say we should enjoy doing what we do... Working in FITTERFLY is a perfect example of this phrase.. No toxic culture.. Neither pressurized atmosphere as such especially when we talk about sales.

In the last 3.5 years, I have had the opportunity to work in different departments across Fitterfly - marketing, content and now product. These transitions have not only helped me upskill myself but have also allowed me to explore different fields to find my interests. Getting to switch between departments so seamlessly is a rare opportunity, and I am grateful to the management for giving it to me! Apart from that - the biggest perk for me is the work-life balance. The work culture, constant push from the seniors to grow and learn something new is the best thing at Fitterfly. The managers and founders are always keen on growing and setting new bar everytime. The best part is that people here genuinely wants to make a change in people's life and they strive hard to do so.
