0% Job security. High target achived people favorism. Work Pressure - Insulting by saying that if you won't achieve your target your salary will be deducted. More of a mental torcher rather then pressure which demotivates an employee when it comes to sales. Expecting same target to be achieved as 1 year tenured people within 2-3 months. Never seen such a chilled environment in the company. We sit with managers and founders of the company for lunch. We can be really open with them and it's fun to be here
