The good thing about fitness first is that they keep updating their trainers that whats going on the fitness industry and moreover i learned to work like a professional and groomed myself which will help me in my near future.

I learned and gained a lot in FITNESS FIRST . I feel like home being there for almost 8 hours .. Everything was so synchronized and so precise that being as a Trainer and as well as clients end, no one ever faced any problems as such . Best part about it that I worked with most of the talented , skilled and most knowledgeable trainers I ever worked with . It was like dream come to be a part of such prestigious club on this planet .
