Nothing to like, there work culture is pathetic. Stay unemployed rather than joining here. They will drain all your energy in very quick span of time. These people who are giving them 5 stars don't fall for them it's their way to put things under the blanket.

They will hire you as a nutritionist and later on will put pressure for sales. And if by chance any week you don't achieve the target (1 lakh target minimum). They will start treating you like hell. They don't care if you are solving your client's issues or not they just know sales, sales and only sales. The owner of the company says 'The best dietitian is the one who knows how to convert leads bring renewals, etc'. Number of clients allotted Although its an agreement between two parties nutritionist have to do sales along with main job being done. Constant pressure to reach the target Extra one hour apart from woring hours for team meetings daily which doesn't allow u to have work life balance.

I really like the work culture here, the friendly and chill environment and flexible working hours. And the way everyone helps each other and praises each other on every big or little achievement. I am learning new things everyday and enjoying working here so far!

Dislikes

I feel that there should be 2 weeks days off , that is Saturday and Sunday, rather than just Sunday, because 1 day is not enough. It would really help the employees to recharge themselves and work more efficiently the whole week !
