On the aspect of Job security, Work culture barring a few managers, the company can be rated as one of the good ones to be employed at. Saturday Holidays.

Dislikes

Poor Compensation, High Employee Turnover ratio and Hybrid work culture needs to be implemented. Old minded HR team is still focused in Old policies and Work ethics.

A really good company to start your career with. Only bad part is that poor compensation and very less career growth compared to people with same designations in the other companies

Dislikes

Very low compensation and very low career growth due to a few selfish managers and micro management.

Higher job security, less career growth and knowledge gain. Poor HR management. Some managers are really good. Salary very low comparing other companies. Very minimal yearly raise.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
