You can join this company on your own risk and abilities, in every individual company job risk is there but in this company job security is there if you work with them in a less salary.

Dislikes

Company was good but few years back they have changed their company norms and policies which will hampered the employees future or career. Don’t provide any gratuity facility, double PF deductions, salary will not hikes in every years and 3 years contractual basis job etc.
