The Manager working hear dance on the direction of a lady ATL whatever she says the manager and management acts like that and all things which are going good those goes bad to worse. The ATL takes evrything personal and don't let anyone work freely she just loves that everyone needs to set of system for 12 or more hrs. She will never stand for the any of the employee under her. If anyone needs to be relaxed working under her then you need to be robot and say whatever she says act like she wants work for hrs. There any many things which I can say about the company but while saying anything I need to mention her as the manager..... Don't want to use abuse words so highly not recommended company there is 15% deduction going on for every employee on CTC and they will not notice you if you are not licking anyone. I can say the AM is good but the manager don't let him handle thing as the manager is the senior most member of the company....Read More
