Like nothing except WFH

You will work fr around 11-12 hrs everyday for meeting the unrealistic numbers set by management. The AM and SM are the most unprofessional people i have seen here nobody is helpful here and the pay s not even enough. The target set by the baseless management is unbelievable

No proper planning. The system is like closings path hole and escape from the issue after that no looking back to resolve permanently. No respect to seniors. Circumstances are created so that seniors leaves the company on their own. Once their requirement is fulfilled, they will fire you or create circumstances where you have to leave. People working in the night shift are paid Rs. 10/- per hour, so it's 90/- per day when people are putting their health risk, still company doesn't understand that....Read More

Only good thing is WFH

But because it is WFH they make you sit for 12-14hrs every single day! The targets set are unachievable in 9hrs which is proven as we visit office once a month and only half the target is met for whoever is working from office. The management sucks. There is no support from management nor from the HR. Lots of politics. The AssistantManager acts like a ring master, who does not know a professional way of talking. The Team Leaders are useless as the A.M. runs the circus. Salary sucks. Workload is a lot. No Work-Life balance at all. Morning to midnight you only have to work by skipping meals only then the set target is achievable! They force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays and ask you to do 'CHARITY' for the company by not getting paid extra for working on the weekend....Read More
