Being a start-up, you have to setup processes. It depends, about how you take the ownership. If you feel, you can relax, then this is not the right place.

I have been looking after AP & Telangana for the entire business. I have a well experienced team reporting to me. I have setup a lot of processes, since the time I had joined. Also, helped the company have a well organised organic growth month on month.
