After 3 years of working, here’s my review: Initially, it was the best company, but the last 1.5 years were disappointing. Wrong people, mostly the CEO’s friends and relatives, were promoted, disrupting the culture. They don’t value good work, only demand respect, and retaliate with criticism, escalations, late-night calls, extra tasks, and eventually place you on PIP to fire you. These promoted individuals, with 7-8 years in the company, rely on politics and lack skills to survive elsewhere. In this period, 17-18 people either left or were fired within months in a team of just 10-12. Hardworking employees are leaving, and frustration is widespread. Freshers can gain experience here for the first 2 years, but experienced professionals should avoid it altogether....Read More

Focus is solely on patchwork and customer-centric quick fixes, resulting in an unstable product. 2. Job Security and Work-Life Balance: No job security. Work is not timely or structured; employees are overloaded with tasks. The CEO explicitly states that this is not a 9-to-6 job, demanding constant availability. 3. Friendly work culture where you can collaborate with leadership team closely and learn a lot. Policies are in revamping process and hopefully employee handbook published the in 3rd quarter. Overall it would be a challenging opportunity where you can learn and earn.
Learning opportunities can be provided. Salary fitment should be done at par the market standard for support functions.
Very fortunate to work with such good team where i have been learning a lot on daily basis. It is roller coaster ride and everyday you will be challenged with new opportunities. you may enjoy with collaborative team members and enjoy daily attendance.
