Regarding the downsizing concern, we want to clarify that any adjustments in our team structure are performance-based and not related to profit margins. Hello, we hope you are well. As an organization driven by ethics, we value our employees and appreciate their contribution to our journey. We do not delay FnFs unless there is anything pending at the employee's end. In your case, the HR had communicated to you during your exit formalities that you'd be required to give your consent on the FnF related email that you'd be receiving within a week of your last working day. Our records show that you took more than 60 days to give your confirmation. As per our policy, it takes approximately 45 days from the time of your confirmation. We gave appraisals to the employees based on the KRAs alloted. Unfortunately, we faced a lot of issues in the quality of your work as a developer as communicated to you time and again. Your people skills were also questionable. You may recount how we had to dedicate resources from the IT team to help you learn skills that you should have known. We take pride in being an organization that believes in giving people an opportunity to not only work and earn but also learn and pick up new skills. We truly regret that you did not have a great experience with us. We have taken your points into consideration and we will take necessary steps as needed. Thank you for being a part of our journey. Just to clarify, our salary structures are always discussed and finalized with each employee before they start.
