Toxic work culture They provide tracking application to monitor the sales person also you have to send the location once you reached the customer place. No trust on employees. I personally think there is nothing to dislike. Its just that they hire too many trainees to cut down their man power costs at crucial jobs and expect results beyond this world. Don't hope for praise or salary increments. Compulsory work Bonds is to be signed which is also a draw back. 2-3month notice periods beginning after your manager approval is a bit too much.
