Company is good only for freshers and those who are desperate for a job. One can stay here to learn some skills and can move on.

Management is looking for Employees with low salary. They will take employees for very low salaries and may terminate them after one year and the cycle repeats. Job security is nill. No facilities provided. Hr will trick you by give hope about salary increment, promotion etc which is non existent in this company. Office politics arevery bad. Only suitable for freshers, so that they can get some experience and move on. For others this company will spoil their career. Stay away. This shop (faspl) is loosing its credibility slowly , since after seeing all the single star reviews from their present and former genuine employees / labors, they started approaching the new joiners and management staffs ( bucket walas) to write positive reviews at ambitionbox but they failed to get positive responses from the former employees due to several reasons which are already been appearing in this website. I personally think there is nothing to dislike. Its just that they hire too many trainees to cut down their man power costs at crucial jobs and expect results beyond this world. Horrible management and all the terms in HR policy are single sided. All the way they think about cost cutting instead of expanding business, increase production and strengthen Human Resources. They do not even spend on milk but they like to run in black tea. Management expects the employees to do charity with out getting properly paid by the Co.
