Finolutions provides a desirable platform to learn, grow and prosper in the wealth management space. The on-the-job training as well as internship programs can go a long way in one's quest for excellence in the long run. Work culture is very ethical and work environment conducive. Out of the box thinking satisfies the innovation part of the job at Finolutions.

Dislikes

The localized part of my task assignments restricts me to work within the city and hence little opportunity to travel outside.

Work Details

My work is challenging and innovative. Never a dull moment. My job teaches me something new everyday. I find it exciting to work at Finolutions.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
