Work from home option is given, but that’s only in case of severe medical emergencies. I truly adore this benefit. I received this facility 3 months back when I was hospitalized, and doctor suggested me to take some rest. But due to my professional commitments, I preferred working. I asked permission to work from home, and thankfully my manager permitted me.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there happen internal conflicts within the organization. But that’s not so intense. Everything comes to normal quickly.

Company is good, I joined this company a year ago. And I am happy with all that I am able to get here. Even not being so experienced, my superior are giving me leadership responsibilities to handle. It is no doubt that the responsibility I am given is challenging but also offers hands-on experience.

Dislikes

The only con I see is about work hours which are of 9 hours. It doesn't offer much flexibiity.

Don't trust anyone here. Nobody has any value of any commitment. Toxic work culture. You will see your hardwork going down drain, sooner or later.
