Pressure, no management, no orientation or hand over, no sense of responsibility in many department, no work life balance. Managers filled with ego, best in blame game, system goes down a lot, lot of dependency. Will ensure that a person is enemy of company when resigned and will ensure that they will not get the money for which employee has worked for after resigning. Kind of cheap mentality

Was not allowed to go home during a critical family emergency as manager just did not want to give off. And was forced to sit in office till 9PM

The bosses are autonomous and there's no organisational balance. HR's are merely namesake puppets. No set processes. People come in and get fired randomly without any intimation. Bootlickers can only survive here. Very sad to express it this way.
