Because they give big area in previous time, but currently it's not give proper work area, & not execute new idea form taken in lower level employee.

Not take any idea from lower level employee, not promote experience old employee, not respect to know old employee not give promotion & T.A is very low, Every week chang working strategies. Low quality machine sales, force to lower level employee. Merchant & Dbr problem are not short out quickly, Back end team very slow, not responce mail in proper time, all problem are solve hard copy. Politics, Seniors from other teams play dirty politics. salary is low, job security is myth in this company, HR is policies are for companies benefit, not for employees, they change HR policy as they wish. When joined the clause said 1 month notice period, but when resigned they ask me to serve 3 months. Older technology, managers don't want to migrate to latest one.
