I like the fact that the staff at Finndit doesn’t treat me like a trainee but like a team member. My inputs are valued which gives me massive confidence.

Dislikes

It could be a bit challenging to remain enthusiastic all the time. But it is also necessary to grow professionally.

The most fun aspect of my job is the fact that I get to experience the working styles of so many seasoned employees. I inculcate their virtues to develop a strong sense of understanding the working of the company.

Dislikes

I won’t consider it a dislike, but one needs to be active and motivated to carry on the responsibilities of the job. I could be a dislike for someone.

As a trainee, I love that I am involved in so many departments and get to learn every aspect of managing a big company. I can’t imagine a better scenario to gain valuable experience in least amount of time.

Dislikes

If you want to work here, you have to be ready to give your 100% and be enthusiastic about learning new things everyday. It is not for the people looking to pass time on the job.

I get to experience the working of the firm even though I am a trainee. I love the varied job profiles of my role at Finndit.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I don’t like about my job. However, one has to be dedicated and disciplined to stay active all the time.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
