Office employees are helpful, having good behavior. enjoyed with my works, 1 year ago.

Dislikes

Working process is not correct. Due to pandemic situation salary has been deducted from March 2020. No increment and no benefits. No holidays. Too much working pressure and wrong instructions and procedure. Strong technical guidance is not there. Team lead is unskilled worker, no technical skills, due to good relationship with management team the team lead torture with office's good and skilled workers. Senior managers have most worst behavior, they don't good behave with employees. I am already suffered....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
