Very less work. Good for people who want less time to spend doing work.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very old minded office culture. Less hike. No employee lunches. Strict 10-6 work hour, even if there is no work to do.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
