It is a fair place. Long term place. Normally companies pay low increment to people who stay, and laterals get good pay. Here, company is fair to those who stay. Market based hikes.

Dislikes

Good company. Modern ways of working in projects. Can work on multiple technologies.Paid full salary and increment during covid year. No layoffs due to Covid.
