There is nothing that I like about FinEdge.

Dislikes

The management is rude. At first they will say that this job has no target. So no pressure. But that is just the beginning of lies. Harsh Gahlot, the CEO, he is the most arrogant man on this planet. The most unsupportive staff ever. They hire you for a finance role. But your job has nothing to do with finance. Its a pure business development role. And client acquisition and relationship management is your job role. You aren't even eligible for incentive if you don't talk to clients for long and get new ones through referrals....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
