I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Client adopted me after 1 yr when I was associated with FSP.

Dislikes

Policies related to bonus is not there. There is no such kind of yearly appraisal scenario from FSP end. And FnF procedure is so long around 60-80 days from DOE. EL does not Ancash in FnF settlement. This is weird.
