The company is a good platform for the freshers. Its a good training environment. The compensation is quite good as a fresher but the appraisal is optional. But the main thing is the CTC, don't go the total. As the take home is a nominal one as compared to the CTC. The company has a good job security towards the employees. The work culture is very friendly and learning.Overall good its good.

Dislikes

Work- Politics is very high. You will have no match with your KRA, add on works are very high. Weekly off is provided, but mostly you forget about it. No bonus, no incentives, no positive appraisals. You will find it difficult to balance your work-life.Every terms & conditions are one-sided (towards the company).

Work Details

Generally speaking, I have a hectic schedule as I have to see both outdoor and indoor activities. The work is very much one- toned, no such change if you don't find interesting. To gain knowledge about the education system, its quite good.
