Creates unnecessary pressure on the name of owners to keep a one man show culture. There is no policy of maintaining hierarchy and he directly approaches supervisor and Engineers levels to bypass his immediate reporting boss to drive one man show. He is not an Quality oriented professional and has habits and developing culture to bypass processes just to meet the Target Qty Dispatches . This He just do to impress the owner as he is concerned with timely dispatches. In summary Plant head is the person who has ruined the culture within the company just to prove himself as final authority to workforce and drives his way.
