Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I liked the way Female manpower are treated and handled to make them feel secure.

Company's working culture managed and handled by plant head is too worst. He treats the people at all levels as slave and talks non-sense and abusive language. Creates unnecessary pressure on the name of owners to keep a one man show culture. There is no policy of maintaining hierarchy and he directly approaches supervisor and Engineers levels to bypass his immediate reporting boss to drive one man show. He is not an Quality oriented professional and has habits and developing culture to bypass processes just to meet the Target Qty Dispatches . This He just do to impress the owner as he is concerned with timely dispatches. In summary Plant head is the person who has ruined the culture within the company just to prove himself as final authority to workforce and drives his way. He do not hire people as per talent or recommended by others but he only hire his know people's. People not praising him or not favouring him cannot stay long in the company....Read More
