Already mentioned above. No technical and self development. No training and learnings. Only fun and work life balance and less salary than market. Appraisal is upto 7 to 9peecent max, usually people get 7percent only.

It's a great company no doubt, but very less in terms of learning and growth. But again it depends on your project . But there will be work life balance . So it is recommended from my side to work with this company. Btw I worked with FIS Mohali location.
