Great work life balance, good pay and nice team.

Dislikes

The company always thinking about itself, they implement the rules which they feel easy to implement not for which employees will get benifits, for example you cannot opt out of food charges monthly if you are below sr manager, you cannot get car parking if you are below sr manager, you cannot get meal card to save tax if you are below sr manager, if the company wanted they can ease out and give option to all just that doe them it is easy they are following above rules....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
