Only that nobody was fired during Covid 2nd wave was a big relief in itself. SMEs are generally supoortive here. While on the floor (pre-covid times), it was still a good atmosphere but during wfh it's just business and nothing positive to add to the daily monotonous routine. Nothing much that stands out, though.
Dislikes
Use of shrewd politics by quite a few managers and TLs alike, can certainly make your survival difficult here. The HRs are just for namesake. Even serious matters are brushed under the carpet saying "the feedback has been given." No appraisals given for the fiscal year of 2021. The changes in CTC, even after appraisals, isn't that good.

Although FIS is good company. There are so many flaws.Managers and product manager will say to work even though you don't like to work with other teams. Even though you worked very hard for day and night.They don't recognise you.apart from that they even don't given promotions and what they had previously promised..you can't sit idle just for one without work..next day they will come and ask why you are not working you have to be proactive and ask the work. There is no work life balance. People who works in this company are mostly works from 10,20 years..so if you say causes of why work got delayed.they don't listen.They simply say you are not working..
