Likes

Very Poor to handle Client in India. Because of the out dated product. No practical future plans for Banking Solutions division. Management are not skilled enough to identify right person for the required role. Many skilled employees are left due to old technology culture and no vision to upgrade.

Dislikes

Management quality.

Employees are getting forced to attend office in critical COVID situation just to satisfy unrealistic client requirement.
