Disclaimer: This is my genuine experience, since this org has too many +ve reviews, I think it is my responsibility to enlighten everyone. As a software developer what went wrong here: 1: Don't expect pure development work, here you'll be supporting existing applications + you'll get very limited patching work in other application (70% support, 30% maintenance/dev). 2: Will face high work pressure very frequently, you'll be occupied with defects resolution most of the time (Don't think that workload is for dev/coding). 3: Although workload is high, still there is no learning, since most of the work here is either support or patching. 4: Expect no to minimum help from your seniors, you are on your own here. 5: Company will tell you to work from office (hybrid) irrespective of your location and conditions, they don't care. This company is good for those who don't want to do brain challenging tasks and are ready to work on repeated tasks like application support....Read More
