Better company to work for. Depends on manager and lead you got. Or if you are a lead. I worked here for 3 years . In start they will offer you good. But increment is very less. In times of covid- company itself supporting people. But at last on the cost of the extra work.

Leads specifically technical specialist people in this company are of no use. They are like useless people consuming budget, they don't do any work only their task is to raise question on estimate of developers , to force people on their wrong estimates, these foolish people even give 5 min estimates for the tasks. They keep changing their solutions till day of production. Now managers- it depends but they also consume budget,no growth to the persons working under them. They treat you like if you are not leaving company you have no talent to leave. Few of them are born here only , they made their group and dedicated towards their growth. They do not work on new technology as there so called leads and manager ( contractor scrm masters) fear that it will cost extra. It will take time.hence do in old ways. The permanent people are reporting to contractors. Contractor fear from end clients.
