No work life balance , terrible experience . Factory is far away from pune . Compensation is below average . Middle managers dont have any team leading or grooming skills. Everything will be done on urgent basis & no proper planning.

Almost everything, probably the worst company you can work for. Management is screwed up, no HR helps you when you need them, Job Security is the biggest lie, you always have sword hanging on your neck.
