For freshers this is not a good place to work. GET program is a full scam, at the time of recruitment they let you sign a bond of 2 years and in case the GET wants to resign due to below mentioned reasons they have to pay a specific amount as per the bond in order to leave the company. 1. Zero work life balance. 2. The managers/HOD/ VP wants the employee to work 24*7 . 3. The Car and PWT plant employees has to work continuously for 9 days and 7 days respectively and then they get a day off. 4. Working hours - 10-14 hours( gets extended everytime and even has to work after office hours) + 3 hours bus drive to office ( in case you live in the nearest good place i.e Wagholi) 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
