Note : They have full right to know about your personal life in detail and can investigate to your family.
1. No personal life - they have to know about personal life of employees in full detail
2. Humiliate you on each and every step (eg - Character assassination etc)
3.Leave policy - U have to give explanation to TL, Head TL, HR, Admin, Boss, Managing Manager and proof too each and every one
4. Too much pressure thay you may suffer from mental health issues (only in office)
5. They can terminate u any moment , in non working hours too and HR will inform u and bosses will inform your family
7. Marks deduct for taking leaves, being late for office, for being late for cab, for not talking to other employees, your sitting behaviour even if you feel sleepy somehow then also marks deduct , if u leave your work incomplete because they assign you too much that u can't complete in given time limit
8. TL always assign their work in mid of your work although they know u already have too much work to do.
9.Working in this organization is waste of time and money
