Please join carefully. They generate a offer letter and started a training's but training is unpaid. During training they told you download the application between your relatives/friends after downloading they told you minimum 3 subscription you sold between your friends and relatives in the name of assessments. After completion of all process they appoint you as a BDA. I have never seen this type if process in any company....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
