oh, i have got a load of reasons to dislike this company. Work and worth never gets recognized in here. People are not valued and even sidelined if one speak up for themselves and even shown the door. Infrastructure is one of the worst. Constant threat of manager firing associates will be there if they speak up. Helpful Colleagues & Management who always help you to progress but you need to be open up to them so that they can be a help rather than being a shut off. HR Team is also very very nice thinking and working towards employee wellbeing.

Office work space is not that good with no ventilation & proper air flow except for the AC and a fan. Though out of losing job or other issues I may not be able to speak but that office room always made me uncomfortable and I got sick too.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
