The environment is superb there..each and every person there is very good.they all are skilled and know how to done the things within time..when I was in that Ferro I had a great time there..learning too much things,..all the members are very innovative and always talking about inventions..salary in Ferro was less but actuallly it’s depend on your talent if you have talent then you must get good salary..overall I just wanna say excellent Ferro concrete construction pvt ltd.....Read More

Compensation is decent but growth is slow..the work pressure is very high..manager do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time..

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
