Company having ethical policy on paper, but no ethics follows. There is to much politics in company. No job security because many staff and workers appointment done through outsourcing. So there is limit for salary benefits.

Dislikes

Around 40% staff appoint on third party roll. No facility travel, salary appraisal depend on concerned HOD., about work environment the rules and regulations are only for local peoples foreigners are not follows the rules and regulations ( i.e. Tabaco/smoking is not allowed in the company premises to industry, but foreigners smoking in production area. the management not taking action against them.)...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Management is not good. Higher authority doesn't listen to new people who joined the company. ASM pawan singh kuntal is immature person. He is having bad review in market as well as ex employees who worked with him. Company should not do promotion without knowing the skills of person else location will go down and employees won't retain.
