Open Environment for employee working in Fero. Also equal opportunity given to each one to work independently in project/Product feature. Dislikes

Nothing critical in terms of Organization but yes there were very young staff which need more guidance in Development as well as in managing the task assigned to them. Also require to focus more on the Process in some of team that is not much but up to certain level.
