Ther is no job security. According to management's mood job responsibilities, work culture will vary day to day.

Dislikes

There is lots of internal politics. If any thing goes wrong everybody try to leave. No one take responsibility for their mistakes. Any time management decides to sack anyone with out proper notice.

Likes

Collegue are very helpful in getting adjusted to company working conditions. Upper sales management is good at getting it down and dirty in the field along with the sales people.

Dislikes

Poor marketing department. Work environment is quite down grading. Work culture is poor with degrading mentality running in some of the higher levels of local management. Overall it isn't a very healthy place to look for good growth in the company.

Work Details

Work isn't hectic, but when there is work it is quite fun to do if you are left to do it by yourself. Especially working in the sales department was good experience. In the marketing department, the work flow was constantly interrupted.
