Likes: I worked in Kota plant and there the plant head, some of the manager and HR those who are working there they not Cooperative at all if an employee is suffering from a disease like dengue and typhoid and if he is taken leave for few days untill he recovers back, the manager's says that now you can't join back because you have not tol... Read More Dislikes: Fenesta Kota plant is very horrible zero working culture abusing languages are also uses, manager use to play politics with their junior and fire out them from the company. No salary increment, no promotion and new employees don't get confirmation letter after working 6 months.

Likes: I am from fenesta kota plant and the seniors those who are working there, they do not treat there workers as employes they treat as they are labours and everyone use abousing languages to call there employes and workers in factory and if a employe is having night shift after that the department head calls him and says that to join in... Read More Dislikes: Misbehaving and abousing languages use with new persons and if a employe is on medical leaves after telling to everyone and sending all the medical and blood reports to HR after that the company torminate that employe from the company. No safety roles are followed in fenesta kota plant.
